FAQ

Do I need to chill the mat first?

No. The mat is ready to use straight away. If you want an extra-cool effect you can pop it in the fridge or freezer, but it works perfectly well without.

Is the mat suitable for play?

The mat is designed for resting only, not for chewing or play. Keep an eye on your pet and store the mat away safely when it is not in use to keep it in good condition.
