Inside, a high-resilience polyester filling cushions the hips and spine like an orthopedic mattress, which is especially welcome for senior dogs and breeds prone to joint wear. Every two to four weeks is plenty. The cover unzips fully, washes at 30°C, and comes out without shrinking or clinging to fur the way cotton tends to.
